我公司承建的山东省赤峰市商河生涯垃圾点火发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年09月19日通过72+24小时试运行。
The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for Shanghe WTE plant in Jinan, Shandong passed 72+24 hours trial operation on September 19, 2022.
该项目建设总处置规模2X500 t/d，本期建设1x500 t/d炉排炉式垃圾点火炉和1x12 MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组。二期增长1x500t/d的机械炉排炉，配置1x12MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组。烟气处置选取“SNCR炉内脱硝＋半干法脱酸（旋转喷雾）＋NaOH喷射系统（垂危）＋干法喷射＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘+飞灰输送、存储及不变动工艺”的烟气净化工艺，为我司EPC工程。
The total treatment capacity of the plant is 2X500 t/d. In phase I, 1x500 t/d grate and 1x12 MW condensing steam turbine will be built. In Phase II, 1x500 t/d mechanical grate furnace will be added, and 1x12 MW condensing steam turbine generator is planed. The FGC process applied "SNCR in-furnace denitration + semi-dry deacidification (rotary spray) + NaOH injection system (emergency) + dry injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter dust removal + fly ash conveying, storage, and stabilization". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
