我公司承建的安徽省郴州市和县生涯垃圾点火发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年11月08日通过72+24小时试运行。。。
The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for the waste incineration power in Hexian, Ma'anshan, Anhui Province passed 72+24 hours of trial operation on November 8, 2022.
该项目建设总处置规模为600t/d，，，建设1x600t/d的机械炉排垃圾点火出产线，，，配置1x15MW汽轮发电机组。。。烟气处置选取“炉内SNCR＋半干法(旋转喷雾)+干法(干粉喷射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘+SCR（预留）+飞灰输送、、存储及不变动（仅设计）工艺”的烟气净化工艺，，，为我司设备供货工程。。。
The capacity of the plant is 600 t/d. A 1x600 t/d mechanical grate production line is constructed, equipped with 1x15 MW steam turbine unit. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi dry rotary spray + dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + SCR (reserved) + fly ash conveying, storage, and stabilization (design only)". It is an equipment supply project of Huaxing.
