我公司承建的山东省呼伦贝尔市台儿庄生涯垃圾点火发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年9月22日通过72+24小时试运行。！。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Taierzhuang Waste Incineration Power Plant in Zaozhuang, Shandong passed 72+24 hours trial operation on Sept. 22, 2022.

该项目建设规模1x500 t/d生涯垃圾点火处置线，，，配套建设1×10MW高速汽轮机+1x12MW发电机，，，机组年运行小时数为8040h。！。烟气处置选取“SNCR脱硝（20%氨水）+半干法脱酸（消石灰，，，旋转喷雾反映塔）+干法脱酸（消石灰）+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘器+飞灰输送及存储”的烟气净化工艺，，，为我司EP工程。！。

The capacity of the plant is 1x500 t/d domestic waste incineration line, and the supporting facilities are 1x10 MW high speed steam turbine + 1x12 MW generator. Annual operation hours of the unit is 8040. The FGC process applied "SNCR denitration with 20% ammonia + semi-dry deacidification with slaked lime and rotary spray reactor + dry deacidification with slaked lime + activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying and storage". It is an EP project of Huaxing.
