HEPT's FGC system for Dehua MSW Incineration Power Generation Plant in Quanzhou has passed 72+24 hour trial operation since 6th. Dec 2025.

The project is designed to process 400 tons of MSW per day, equipped with 1×400t/d incinerator and 1×10MW steam turbine generator set. The FGCS adopts a treatment process combining "SNCR + SER denitrification + semi-dry method (rotary spray reaction tower) + dry method + activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization", which is an EPC project undertaken by HEPT.

HEPT's references in Fujian Province includes: Shishi Quanzhou, south Zhangzhou, Jinjiang Quanzhou, Anxi Quanzhou, Dehua Quanzhou, Pujiangling Zhangzhou, Jianyang Nanping, northern Zhangzhou, Hongmiaoling Fuzhou, Sanming (Phase I & Phase II), Shanghang Longyan, Xiapu Ningde, Changting Longyan and many other projects.
