The flue gas purification project of domestic Incineration power generation project in Zhangjiagang Vein Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, contracted by Jiangsu Huaxing East, passed 72+24 hour trial operation.

The design scale of this project is to incinerate 2250 tons of household waste per day, and the incineration line uses three 750t/d mechanical grate furnaces. The flue gas purification adopts the flue gas purification process of "SNCR (urea)+semi dry method (slaked lime slurry)+dry method (slaked lime injection)+activated carbon injection+bag filter+fly ash transportation, storage, and stabilization" in the furnace, with reserved SCR for our EPC project.

The achievements of Huaxing in Jiangsu province include Xidong Wuxi phase II, Yiduo Wuxi, Huai'an, Dafeng Yancheng, Xiangshui Yancheng, Lianyungang, Yixing thermal power, Taixing, Xuyi, Sucheng Suqian, Changzhou, Xuzhou, Zhangjiagang, Jiangbei Nanjing, Suyu Suqian ( Hazardous waste ) etc.
