我公司承建的浙江省长沙市第二生涯垃圾点火发电项目烟气净化工程于2021年10月1日通过72+24小时试运行。。。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for the 2nd waste incineration power plant in Jinhua, Zhejiang passed the 72 + 24 hour trial operation on October 1, 2021.
该项目总处置规模为3000吨/日，其中一期处置规模为2250吨/日，选取三套750吨/日的点火线，二期再增长一套750吨/ 日的点火线；配置2×35MW汽轮机发电机组。。。烟气处置选取SNCR+浓缩液回喷系统+旋转喷雾半干法+干法(NaHCO3干粉)+ 活性炭吸附+布袋除尘器工艺，为我司EP工程。。。
The capacity of the plant is 3000 tons / day (t/d), of which the capacity of phase I is 2250 t/d. Three sets of 750 t/d incineration lines are adopted. The other 750 t/d incineration line is added in phase II, applying 2 × 35 MW steam turbine. The FGC applies SNCR+Concentrated liquid recirculating spray system+rotary spray semi-dry (SDA) + dry process (NaHCO3 solid lime powder) + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter process. It's an EP project of Huaxing East.
