The flue gas cleaning project of household waste incineration power generation in Shiyan, Hubei Province, constructed by HEPT, has passed the trial operation of 72-hour+ 24-hoursince 4th. March, 2025.

The design scale of this project is 1200 tons of household waste incineration per day. The incineration line of the first phase has taken 1x600t/d mechanical grate furnace. Flue gas cleaning adopts the treatment process of "SNCR (ammonia water)+ high molecular denitrification (reserved)+ semi-dry method (slaked lime slurry)+ dry method (slaked lime spray)+ activated carbon spray + bag dust collector +SCR (reserved)+ fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization", all of which have been supplied by HEPT.

At present, HEPT's reference in Hubei Province covers: Xingou Wuhan, Qianzishan Wuhan, Shishou, Dangyang, Lichuan, Shiyan, Danjiangkou Shiyan, Suizhou, Luotian Huanggang, Xianning, Gong'an Jingzhou, Jianli Jingzhou, Xiaogan, Hongan Huanggang, Jingzhou Honghu, Xiantao, Shayang Jingmen, Wuan Xiangyang and many other projects.
