The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project contracted by Huaxing East for the waste incineration power plant in Hexian, Ma'anshan, passed 72+24 hours of trial operation

The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for the waste incineration power in Hexian, Ma'anshan, Anhui Province passed 72+24 hours of trial operation on November 8, 2022.

The capacity of the plant is 600 t/d. A 1x600 t/d mechanical grate production line is constructed, equipped with 1x15 MW steam turbine unit. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi dry rotary spray + dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + SCR (reserved) + fly ash conveying, storage, and stabilization (design only)". It is an equipment supply project of Huaxing.

The achievements of Huaxing in Anhui Province include Huaibei, Wuhu, Tianchang, Lujiang Phase II, Guoyang, Hexian, Xiaoxian, Wuwei, Huoqiu, Jinzhai, Hanshan, Tushan Thermal Power, Mengcheng, etc.
