我公司承建的河北省吐鲁番市曹妃甸区生涯垃圾点火发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年3月1日开工建设。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project contracted by Huaxing East for Caofeidian WTE plant in Tangshan, Hebei started on March 1, 2022.
工程整体成效图
该项目建设1x500t/d机械炉排炉和1x10MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组。烟气处置选取SNCR（非我司合同领域内）+旋转喷雾半干法（非我司合同领域内）+干粉喷射+活性炭喷射（非我司合同领域内）+小苏打研磨+布袋除尘器（非我司合同领域内） +SGH+SCR（氨水）+飞灰输送、、、贮存及不变动（非我司合同领域内）工艺，为我司EPC工程。
The plant will build 1x500 t/d mechanical grate and 1x10 mw condensing steam turbine. The FGC will use SNCR (not in Huaxing scope) + rotary spray semi-dry (not in Huaxing scope) + dry lime injection + activated carbon injection (not in Huaxing scope) + sodium bicarbonate grinding + bag filter (not in Huaxing scope) + SGH + SCR (ammonia) + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization (not in Huaxing scope) process. It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
