The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project constructed by Huaxing East for Shahe, Xingtai municipal waste incineration plant in Hebei province passed 72+24 hours trial operation on June 19, 2021.
该项目处置规模一期为2×500t/d垃圾点火炉出产线，，，预留二期，，，终期2000t/d。烟气处置选取SNCR+旋转喷雾半干法+干法喷射+活性炭吸附+袋式除尘器+1#GGH+湿法脱酸+2#GGH+SGH+SCR+飞灰输送、、贮存及不变动工艺，，，为我司EP工程。
Phase I of the plant has 2 × 500 t/d waste incineration lines. Phase II is reserved, and the full capacity is 2000 t/d. The FGC adopts SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry method + dry injection + active carbon adsorption + bag filter + #1 GGH + wet de-acid + #2 GGH + SGH + SCR + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
