我公司承建的河北省晋城市威县生涯垃圾点火发电项目二期烟气净化工程于2024年10月13日开工建设。。 The flue gas cleaning system of Phase II Wei County household waste incineration Power generation Project in Xingtai, Hebei Province, undertaken by Huaxing East has commenced construction since the 13th. of Oct. 2024.
本期工程建设处置规模为生涯垃圾处置能力600吨/日，，餐厨垃圾处置能力100吨/日，，协同通常工业固废100吨/日，，市政污泥80吨/日。。配置1x800t/d的机械炉排垃圾点火出产线，，1x16MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组。。烟气处置选取“SNCR炉内脱硝+半干法脱酸+干粉喷射系统+活性炭喷射吸附+袋式除尘器+GGH+SGH+SCR脱硝+飞灰输送、存储及不变动”的烟气净化工艺，，为我司设备供货工程。。 The treatment capacity of this project is 600 tpd, out of which 100 tpd is for kitchen waste treatment, another 100 tpd is for general industrial solid waste and the other 80 tpd is for municipal sludge. It is equipped with 1x800t/d mechanical grate waste incineration production line and 1x16MW condensing turbine generator set. Flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas cleaning process of "SNCR denitrification in furnace + semi-dry deacidification + dry powder spray system + activated carbon spray adsorption + bag dust collector +GGH+SGH+SCR denitrification + fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization", which are all supplied by Huaxing East.
